| I tried to stay as close to the comics character's weapon as possible, while accommodating for the guts. The deep purple is obtained by using 2 purple filters simultaneously, but that tends to dim the brightness. At night, however, it looks fantastic. I played with the white balance of my camera until I managed to photograph the exact color as visible with the naked eye.
This saber comes with a 1/16 wall polycarbonate blade with a shouldered tip and fiber-film diffuser. Additional replacement blades can be ordered by contacting me directly. |
